Lace & Pearls Elegant Board

Featured in: Golden Flavors

This elegant grazing board combines fine cheeses like Brie and Manchego with delicate charcuterie and fresh fruits such as grapes, raspberries, pears, and apples. Roasted almonds, candied walnuts, and Castelvetrano olives add texture and flavor contrasts. Accompaniments like fig jam, honey, toasted baguette slices, and artisan crackers complete the presentation. Ideal for upscale occasions, it can be adapted for vegetarian preferences by skipping the charcuterie and adding more fruit or roasted vegetables.

Arrange each element thoughtfully on a large wooden or marble board, using small bowls for jams and nuts for a refined look. Garnish with edible flowers or fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary for a final elegant touch, and serve while cheeses are at room temperature for optimal taste.
