01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes
# Method steps:
01 - In a clean glass jar, dissolve the cane sugar in filtered water. Incorporate the water kefir grains or ginger bug alongside the lemon juice and stir gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter secured with a rubber band. Allow the mixture to ferment at room temperature, between 68–77°F (20–25°C), for 24–48 hours until effervescent and pleasantly tart.
03 - Remove the kefir grains or ginger bug by straining through a fine mesh. Cultures may be discarded or reserved for additional batches.
04 - Pour the fermented base into a pitcher. Incorporate the fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to blend the flavors.
05 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mocktail over the ice and garnish each glass with a slice of orange, adding extra mint leaves if preferred.
06 - Serve immediately to enjoy the optimal sparkling effect.
