01 - Spread 1 tablespoon of softened unsalted butter evenly on one side of each brioche bread slice.
02 - Arrange two brioche slices, buttered side down, on a clean work surface.
03 - Spread 2 tablespoons Nutella on the unbuttered side of each base slice.
04 - Distribute half the Brie slices evenly over the Nutella layer on both slices.
05 - Place the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side out, to form sandwiches.
06 - Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
07 - Cook the sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing lightly with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and the Brie has melted.
08 - Remove sandwiches from the pan, rest briefly to cool, then slice and serve warm.
