02 - 6 oz plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
06 - 1/4 tsp salt
07 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
08 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

→ Accents & Decorations

09 - 1–2 baby carrots (for noses)
10 - 6–8 whole black peppercorns or diced black olives (for eyes/buttons)
11 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (for scarves)
12 - 2–3 pretzel sticks (for arms)
13 - Fresh parsley or chive stems (for accents)
14 - Crackers, pita chips, or sliced vegetables (for serving)

# Method steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy and well blended. Stir in chopped fresh chives.
02 - Spoon the dip mixture onto a large serving plate or shallow bowl. Use a spatula to form it into a lumpy melted snow puddle, leaving uneven edges to mimic melting snow.
03 - Roll a small ball of the dip to create the snowman’s head and place it at one end of the puddle. Insert a baby carrot to form the nose; position black peppercorns or diced olives as eyes and buttons. Wrap a thin red bell pepper slice around the neck as a scarf. Insert pretzel sticks on each side to resemble arms. Optionally, add fresh parsley or chive stems for decorative accents.
04 - Surround the dip with crackers, pita chips, or sliced vegetables for easy dipping and serving.
