- Poaching Solution: 8 cups (2 liters) water, 1/4 cup (60 g) baking soda
- Topping: 2 tbsp (20 g) Flamin' Hot seasoning, 2 tbsp (15 g) coarse sea salt, 1 tbsp (15 g) unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:
