# Method steps:
01 - Wash all vegetables thoroughly to remove any dirt or residues.
02 - Cut cucumbers diagonally into 1/4-inch thick oval slices and arrange them in overlapping rows to create a fan shape on a large serving platter.
03 - Peel carrots and slice them diagonally into thin oval shapes similar in size to cucumber slices. Arrange next to cucumbers continuing the fan pattern.
04 - Cut red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips and arrange them in sections beside the cucumber and carrot slices to add vibrant color.
05 - Cluster cherry tomatoes and sugar snap peas at the base or sides of the fan shape for visual contrast.
06 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chives, dill, parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.
07 - Spoon the herb yogurt dip into a small serving bowl and place it on or beside the platter. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
