# Method steps:
01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef while breaking it up. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned and cooked through.
02 - Stir ketchup and mustard into the cooked beef and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Wipe skillet clean and heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
04 - Place a tortilla in the skillet, layer with one slice of cheese and a generous spoonful of seasoned beef.
05 - Fold the tortilla in half, pressing gently to seal. Cook each side for 2 minutes or until crispy and cheese has melted. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
06 - Fill each taco with shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, and red onion. Drizzle with burger sauce and serve immediately.
