13 - 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
14 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
15 - 1 tsp salt
16 - 0.5 tsp paprika
17 - 0.25 tsp black pepper

# Method steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Arrange them evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
03 - Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels to ensure proper searing.
04 - Mix Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Add steak cubes and toss until evenly coated.
05 - Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer, working in batches if necessary, and sear for 1 to 2 minutes per side until well browned and cooked to desired doneness.
06 - Introduce unsalted butter to the skillet and toss steak bites to coat them until glossy and flavorful.
07 - Remove skillet from heat, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over steak bites, and serve hot alongside crispy fries.
