# Method steps:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey with buffalo wing sauce and melted butter until thoroughly coated.
02 - Lay tortillas flat and spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing evenly on each.
03 - Distribute shredded lettuce, julienned carrot, sliced celery, and red onion evenly over each tortilla atop the ranch dressing.
04 - Spoon the buffalo turkey mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
05 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly to encase the filling.
06 - Lightly coat the exterior of each wrap with olive oil spray.
