→ Coating & Decoration

03 - 10 oz white chocolate or candy melts
04 - 1.75 oz dark chocolate (optional, for drizzling)
05 - Christmas-themed sprinkles or crushed candy canes

# Method steps:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Process Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or crush by placing in a ziplock bag and rolling with a pin.
03 - Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and evenly combined.
04 - Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture for each truffle and roll into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the balls for 30 minutes to firm up before coating.
06 - Gently melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Lift with a fork to let excess drip off and return to the baking sheet.
08 - Optionally drizzle with melted dark chocolate and immediately add festive sprinkles or crushed candy canes for decoration.
09 - Refrigerate coated truffles for at least 10 minutes until the coating is firm.
