Creamy and vibrant ube fudge squares are a sweet, eye-catching addition to any dessert charcuterie board. Their gentle hint of coconut and luscious texture will instantly brighten up your party spread.

I first made these ube fudge squares for a family gathering where they quickly disappeared from the charcuterie board. Their fun appearance and creamy bite brought smiles all around.

Add ube:
Mix in ube halaya, ube extract, and salt. Stir until blended and the color is fully purple.

Our kids love helping spread the toppings and watching the color magically turn vibrant as the fudge mixes. It always turns into a contest of who gets the first piece!
