→ Pizza Rolls

12 - 1 ball pizza dough (14 oz, store-bought or homemade)
13 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
14 - 1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese
15 - 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
16 - 1/4 cup sliced green onions
17 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

# Method steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Season chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Transfer to plate, let cool, then dice into small pieces.
03 - Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan, black pepper, and nutmeg if using. Cook, stirring, until slightly thickened, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
04 - On lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a 12x16-inch rectangle.
05 - Spread Alfredo sauce uniformly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Scatter diced Cajun chicken, mozzarella, provolone, bell pepper, and green onions evenly over sauce.
06 - Starting from long side, roll dough tightly into a log. Pinch seam to seal. Slice log into 12 even pieces.
07 - Place rolls, cut side up, on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
08 - Remove rolls from oven. Garnish warm rolls with fresh parsley if desired; serve immediately.
