01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange the Brie wheel on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Spread fig jam evenly across the surface of the Brie.
04 - Scatter the chopped pistachios and thyme leaves over the jam layer.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the Brie is softened and beginning to ooze while maintaining its shape.
06 - Remove from oven and allow the Brie to rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
07 - Serve the warm Brie immediately with sliced baguette or crackers.
